Who we are
Workable Financial Solutions (“we,” “us”) is owned and operated by licensed life and health insurance agents based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through workablefinancialsolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our Wealth Report Card, contact form or privacy request form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, your answers and your messages.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly.
Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to run and protect the site unless you agree to more. See “Cookies and your choices” below.
How we use your information

What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We never share your information with other companies for their marketing.
- We never share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Website hosting and email delivery providers that store our site and send our emails
- Spam and bot protection services, which may include Google reCAPTCHA. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Email address checks: when you submit a form, only the domain part of your email address (for example, “gmail.com”) is checked with Cloudflare’s public DNS service to confirm it can receive mail.
- Scheduling: if you book a call with us, your booking details are handled by our scheduling provider.
- Insurance companies: only when you choose to apply for coverage, and only with your permission.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
Cookies and your choices
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure, and are always on. Any optional cookies, such as analytics or marketing cookies, are used only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by some browsers as a request to opt out of optional cookies.
Your rights and choices
- Stop hearing from us: click “unsubscribe” in any email, reply STOP to any text, or use the form below.
- Access, correct or delete: ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Visitors from the EU and UK also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Please note that as licensed insurance agents, we may be legally required to keep certain records, such as records of insurance applications, for a period of time. If so, we’ll tell you what we must keep and why, and we’ll stop using it for any other purpose.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No website can be 100% secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or medical records, through our website forms.
Children
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
